last few

Well it has been awhile since the last time again time just gets away from me. We had Sawyers baptism that went really well he slep through the entire service until pictures then woke up for them which was really nice of him:) So here are some pictures of that. Also I went up by my sister Wednesday night and stayed till Thursday afternoon which was fun as always. Sawyers first sleep over at Auntie Jen and Uncle Ken which he did not really like a new enviroment and just did not sleep well but he also has dble ear infection so that may have played a role in everything as well. But all is going much better now with medicine and all. He did really good today slept alot and overall just a happier baby today which was nice to see. I hope all the medicine will help get him back to his happy self that I have not seen in awhile. This weekend we have not a thing planned which is great. I want to catch up on some cleaning and just relax as a family. Next week I am having a play date Wednesday at the FDL park and then Friday I need to take my mom to the eye doctor she needs to get her eyes dilated and then can't drive after that so that is my week in a neut shell. We had corn on the cob tonight for supper and so I took a picture of Kaden eating it outside due to the mess and he LOVED IT! Yummy!!!! Very good this time I had it earlier this week and it was not good this time I went to Gordy Neitzels stand downtown Mayville and it was EXCELLENT!!! Well that is it time to get the kids tubby and off to bed Kaden only slept maybe 1/2 hour for nap and it is starting to show! Oh dear! Good night

I'm from road island witch!

It has been awhile since I have blogged and I am sorry just tied up with both kids now and my time is so limited when I do have free time I like to catch up on sleep! :) So anyhow today we went to the Milwaukee zoo with some friends of ours and we had a really good time. The weather was GREAT! This was Sawyers first big outing and of course first trip to the zoo! And guess what he slept the entire time except to get up to eat. So skip ahead a bit to the title of my blog we went on a train ride and there were some kids on the train just screaming and acting well like kids and one of the families did not care for all the noise and when the ride was over made it clear to the parents of the noisy kids that she did not care for the noise and the parent of the noisy kids yelled at her well I am from road island you little witch or something like that so Corey and I found that very funny because it means nothing who cares you are from road island but whatever so that was funny. ok so Kaden rode a horse and saw elephants and lions and bears oh my! He did so well just until the very end when it was a long enough day and we were all tired and ready to go I wanted to see the special bird exhibt but we passed on that since Kaden was acting up and Sawyer was hot and sweaty but both kids did so well! What a great time! We had a picnic lunch with sandwich spread sandwiches for me which brings back memories when my sister and I went to the zoo with my aunt Judi and uncle ron we always packed a lunch of that so that was kind of neat. There was so much that we saw and did that I could go on and on but I won't we just had a really good time and Kaden got to pick out whatever he wanted from the gift shop on Grandma nd Grandpa they gave him some money to spend and do whatever he wanted and I think he did everything he wanted and got what he wanted as well I got Kamryn a t-shirt and a sucker from the gift shop I hope she likes it. I bet her mommy and daddy won't like the sucker I got but I am the aunt and I can spoil her if I want to and I will! Well that will do it here. All is going well aside from the zoo we are adjusting well and Kaden is a wonderful big brother and a great mommy;s helper we have been truly blessed to have 2 healthy wonderful boys and could not ask for more except maybe more sleep but that will come in time. My wonderful husband did baby duty all night last night so I got a full nights sleep and it felt great! So he is now sleeping on the couch maybe preparing for another night of baby duty! That would be GREAT! He has off the next 2 weeks for shut down at work so extra help from him at night would be great I can catch up on 2 weeks of sleep and then maybe by then Sawyer will be sleeping maybe 6 hour stretches and give me a bit more solid sleep! :) Well till next time not sure when that will be but I am trying to keep up!
