A long time

It is 2010 and need to catch up on blogging. So we started the new year with Sawyer needing tubes in both of his ears. He has had more ear infections than he is old so it was time. It went well those are the pictures of before and after sugery can't really tell the difference except the one after surgery I don't look like I want to puke :) I was nervous and scared it is a surgery as minor as it was scary none the less. So that is done and he is doing well. Now back to 2009 Christmas the kids had a good Christmas spoiled as normal. From Grandpa and Grandma Krapfl they gave the kids money and we are using that to buy the kids a swingset this year! Yeah!!!!! And from my parents they got Kaden: clothes, a awesome train set that Kaden LOVES and a game and also a truck that he can take apart and put together with a pretend electric screwdriver thing whatever that is called and from my sister he got lincoln logs, and a garbage truck and a dump truck that is annoying makes alot of noise (thanks Jen) and Sawyer got clothes and a actvity table that is neat as well from my parents and my sister got him a stacking thing that lights up and sings that is pretty neat as well and a winnie the pooh activity thing. We got the kids alot as well. Sawyer was a little young so we did not get him a whole lot but some toys as well. Kaden got a scooter and candyland game, dominoes tractors, a bouncy ball that he hops on, a remote control car and more games. So really nice stuff we think. Corey and Sheila got Kaden is very own set of golf clubs which is really really cool and he will be having his 3 year old pictures taken with them and a farm game that is neat as well. They got Sawyer a cute tigger outfit and baby's first Christmas ornament, and a bear that teaches colors, numbers and sings songs Sawyer likes that :) And from Andrew he got a baby's first Christmas ornament also. So I think that is all for Christmas. Wow lots~~~ That is all thus far busy planning Kadens birthday party it has been almost 3 years God has given me one of the best gifts a beautiful baby boy.... Kaden is going to be 3 where did that time go. He is growing so fast but I am loving EVERY minute of being a mom. Ok not EVERY minute there are times that he tests me but worth it of course. He will ALWAYS be my baby boy even when he is 30 poor kid :) Well that is all for now enjoy the pictures most recent of Christmas and Sawyers surgery... 1-2-3 Imagine

These are just a few pictures from the past few months. I can't believe it is December already. Thanksgiving is here and gone and now next is Christmas. But we just went to see Sesame Street live with my sister and her husband and Kamryn part of her birthday present. What a grat time! The kids loved it and was so worth our money. The pictures did not turn out all that great due to it being dark in the room but you get the point. I hope to take Sawyer there when he is old enough if they are around here again. Our Chirstmas shopping is done and now we are broke but the kids are going to have a nice Christmas and that is important to me. Well that is all for now the kids are growing fast Sawyer is now on solids and loves them all really. He goes for his 6mnth check up soon and we will update then I am so far behind on this whole blogging thing so I am once again sorry. carve it up

Today was a nice relaxing day. We watched football all day Go Pack Go!!! :) And then we carved the kids pumpkins. They turned out really nice. Kaden nor Sawyer were real interested but it is a tradition I want to keep going because I remember doing this with my dad as well. So that is what we did today. Yesterday we went on our date night that was alot of fun. We laughed and joked around without kids it was a nice time. We got Kaden his Halloween costume which is a fireman outfit and also just touched a little on Christmas shopping. The movie " Couples Retreat" was a good movie a kind of dumb ending but had some really good parts as well. It made me think of my marriage and look into things a bit and realize every marriage has its problems every couple has there issues and its ok. You need to keep working on your own marriage and remember why you said those vows and to keep them. It is so easy for some people to just give up for whatever reason but if you truly want it to work and want to work on it then it will work and be all that it can be but it takes 2 people to do it. So anyhow that is what I got out of it as well as good laughs. So I would recommend seeing it if not in a theater just rent it. Well that is all for now enjoy the pictures. flu

Hello, Just an update today was Sawyers 4 mnth check up and he is 18 lbs 1 ounce and 27 inches long. He is growing so fast we are going to start cereal followed by his veggies and fruit! Yeah!!!!! He also got a bunch of shots 3 actually he was only going to get 2 and a rotovirus drink but the nurse made a mistake and gave him a flu shot that was suppose to be for Kaden. Oops and Sawyer is to little for the flu shot should not be given until 6 months old the nurse felt terrible and I think she was crying but no real harm done he may run a higher fever tonight so we have to keep up on his tylenol for the night and he should be ok the doctor said. They were really good about this and explained what happened and what to do. I am a bit nervous on the long term affects but what can I do it is over with. Kaden then got his flu shot and did great he never even cried what a big boy! He will be going back later this month for his H1N1 shot his peditrician said he should get it, it going around like crazy already and I don't want to take the risk. So that is our news for the day no pictures from today. Corey and Sheila are watching the kids Saturday so Bill and I can go on a date for our wedding anniversary and his birthday. We are going to see "Couples Retreat" and then eat at Applebees maybe do a little shopping still looking for a halloween costume for Kaden. Well goodnight for now

time flys

So here I am again way behind on blogging. I uploaded some pictures that my sister in law Maria had been taking of the kids and she takes really nice pictures and so I put them on to view and see how the kids are growing so fast! SO a quick update both kids just got over dble ear infections and colds. We are getting ready for Halloween and trick or treating. Not sure what Kaden is going to be this year I am hoping for a elephant costume my sister found on ebay for only 15.oo much less than in stores! Up this week Tuesday is Bill's birthday and Thursday is our wedding anniversary 4 years! Sawyer has been fussy lately I think teeth are coming in or a tooth whatever it is making him unhappy! He goes for his 4 mnth check up this Friday with shots and I think I am getting Kaden a flu shot as well he is in day care part time now and I just don't want to take the risk of him getting something or me bringing something home from work and him getting it. Sawyer is to little else he would be getting one as well. We are getting birth to 3 program to come to our house and evaluate Sawyer since his head has a tendancy to always look right and they say that happens when babys are born big such as Sawyer 9 lbs and also breech as was Sawyer so we have a therapist coming in to evaluate him and get him some therapy to correct that before it gets worse and starts affecting him in other ways. So that had been our life thus far nothing real important going on. It has been really cold and snowing off and on sometimes which seems really early but whatever. I love fall just not the real cold temps and the snow. Being stuck inside with 2 kids is enough to drive you nuts you run out of things to do with them. I got Sawyer to nap in his crib!!! He has been in his swing but is getting to big for that so as hard as this was I let him cry it out for nap and off to sleep he went! Yeah!!!! I LOVE YOU PEANUT!!!!!
