A little scary

Yesterday I had a little scare I got blurry vision in my right eye and saw all these different lights flashing around really strange. It happened 2 times 1 before work and then once again at work lasting about 10 minutes or so. So I got home took some tylenol cause by now I have a headache and it went away and had a small headache this morning but I talked to my sister and she said just call the doctor to make sure so I did and they wanted to see me right away. So I call Jaime my sister in law across the street and said can you watch Kaden and she gets all excited why is the baby coming and I laughed and said no and blah blah blah well I went to the doctor and everything checked out fine but my doctor still does not like that it happened so he said if it happens again I want you in the office and take your blood pressure well silly me was at work last ngiht ( at the pharmacy) and did not take it then! DUH!!! So now all is good now and I feel better that all checked out ok today and I go for my next and final ultrasound June 11 and that is a weight check and if baby is measuring 10 lbs he wants to perform a c-section the next day June 12th a Friday. Well I am not all that convinced I am thinking maybe have him strip my membranes Friday and just let me go another week and see what happens and then if that following Friday nothing then go ahead with the c-section. That term freaks me out and I am really scared to have it done all together. I know people have them all the time and really like them more then going through the labor. But the pain after and staples and all that yucky scary stuff bothers me. So I have some time to think about it and go from there. I trust my doctor but I just wish he would not be so quick to the knife I understand he does not want me to have another 11 lb baby bless his heart neither do I. So if the ultrasound shows it is a 9 lb baby or less he will let me go since ultrasounds are give or take a pound or so. So maybe you all could weigh in on this and let me know what your thoughts are if you were in this situation would you just go with the flow and follow doctor or would you step in and say not just yet please. So that had been our day in a nut shell nothing much happened all that exciting. No pictures to share I just wanted to share this news our weekend was good goes by so fast and the baby's room is finally ready so I need to get the car seat installed and all should be good for the little one to come any day I hope!! Go Fly a Kite!

Wow it has been awhile since I last blogged sorry about that. So we have been pretty busy around here getting ready for the baby and also our basement has flooded twice in the last 2-3 weeks so we or should I say Bill has been busy getting that all cleaned up we have a finished basement so it makes the clean up twice as hard this time we filed a claim with our insurance agency and now ripped out all the carpenting and vinyl in the bathroom downstairs so this has been a big job. So that has been our fun lately. Now Mothers day I will just hit the big events since it has been awhile not real sure what all went on the last few weeks. So Mothers day we spent with Bills family. Bill did not get me anything for Mothers day this year I told him all I wanted was a pedicure for Mothers Day before baby comes so my sister and I are doing that over Memorial Day weekend Saturday we are having a sisters day gettting our feet done and doing lunch and maybe a little shopping! I can't wait it will be fun and much deserved! Then last night we celebrated Mothers Day with my mom and family since Jen and Ken are down this weekend for turkey hunting and were not down last weekend which was fine with my mom and me as well not running all day on Mothers Day was nice. So we went out to eat at The Iron Ridge in which was really good I like the fish there! So we did that and came back to my parents hung out for a little while and came home. And as far as doctors appointments for me I just went this past Thursday again and I only gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks!!!! Yeah for me! Weight has been a concern of doctor as I sometimes gain 7 or so pounds in a short time so I am really trying to watch what I eat and it must be working it helps also that it has been nice out so I get outside with Kaden and run with him and take walks all that helps keep me going and the weight down! So I have my next ultrasound in about 4 weeks really close to my due date my doctor just wants a real good idea on the size of the baby since Kaden was so big. Which I really appreciate him doing! He says he does not think this one will be that big he says maybe not a 6 lb baby but not a 11lb baby either so I really hope he is right 9 lbs would be great!!!! So that is all about that. Today we went to FDL to get Bills haircut and do a little Walmart shopping and so we did that later morning and got home and since it was so windy out I decided we should get Kadens kite out from Auntie Jen from Easter and try that in the back yard so we did and Kaden laughed he thought it was pretty neat! He is pretty good at that all by himeself! So the rest of the weekend is relaxing and I need to clean the kitchen floor sometime this weekend maybe Sunday afternoon at Kadens nap. But that will do it. We really also need to get the baby's room all in order as well! We will see how much really is getting done this weekend if not next weekend is a long weekend maybe then.
