vacation

We just got back from our mini vacation and we had a great time! Thank you Matt and Jaime for inviting us. Friday night we got up to the dells around 5 ish and unpacked and ate supper spagetti and then got the kids to the pool. It was almost 8 by time we got in the pool and it closes at 9 for the kids so it was not a long time to be there and Kaden was NOT happy about having to leave that soon. But Saturday we went right after breakfeast and played till 1 and he was ready to go then no crying screaming or anything he was hungry and tired so we went back took a nap after lunch and then when we woke up from nap we got ready to go out to eat and a place called Monks and it was very tasty! I had a onion blossom and nachos and the nachos were great the onion blossom not so much not realy hot but good none the less. Well so back up a bit and during Kadens nap I tried to lay down my heart was beating 100 miles and hour and I felt light headed when I got up all the time so I am a little concered at the time for the baby and so I wait till Matt and Jaime get back from their mini shopping trip to town and asked Jaime what I should do and so we called out friend Nikki W from Leroy she is a nurse and she said try taking it and times that number by 4 and see what it is well it is beating so fast we can't get a good number so we call the front desk and ask for a nurse and they send one to the condo thank goodness and he looks at me and takes my pulse with out the cuff like I wanted and says go to the emergency room at the nearest hospital which is 7 miles away never told me what my pulse was or anything because I told him I want to call my ob first well he left and just kept saying God Bless you well I called my ob and he said it is common for pregnant women to have heart palapations and just take it easy for tonight keep taking your pulse and if it gets over 160 call me or go to the er but for now just keep drinking fluids and take it easy you and baby will be ok. So I took a shower and got ready to go eat and then we came back and everybody went swimming except me I just watched since I had started feeling better so I did not want to push it. I had played alot in the pool with Kaden going down the kiddi slide and all sorts of stuff so I may have over done it a little but over all we had a great time besides my little health scare! So I am feeling good now baby is still active and kicking away so all is ok. I see doctor on Thursday to see what it may have been. So now today we went to FDL when we got home to get the paint supplies for the baby's room because Bill is painting this weekend and I am helping my mom and sister with our rummage sale Thursday-Sunday getting ready and taking down so he will have nobody here to bug him Kaden is with me so I can't wait to see it when it is done! So that is all about our weekend vacation it was a great time! Crummy weather we had which stunk there would have been lots to do outside up there but Kaden just wanted to swim anyhow! not a little boy?

We have had a busy weekend. I worked Saturday and missed out on enjoying the nice weather for most of the day. But when I got home my husband really surprised me by what he all got done for me. He did the laundry and dishes and cleaned the garage and cleaned up the yard from winter it was really really nice of him since I am getting to be very uncomfortable and any little thing will just drain me. So his help was really appreciated! Thanks honey! Then Sunday I went out to eat at the Mineshaft in Hartford with a bunch of girls from work and then we went bowling after and what a great time! My lunch was fabulous I got a burrito and mozzerela sticks and then bowling was fun I tryed taking pictures but for some reason it kept taking fuzzy pictures so they did not turn out but fun none the less. I bowled 1 game and that hurt a little so I stopped and just watched which was fun as well and of course ate some more! I also put up some more uppercase living stuff I am addicted to that stuff I got Kaden a corn stalk that is a measuring thing to see how tall he is I am doing a tractor theme in his room so I thought the corn stalk was fitting for his room and it turned out real cute! So that is in the pictures and also some other pictures of Kaden and daddy golfing on the front lawn starting him young! He had a blast! So now the topic I picked is because Kaden has this stuffed animal an elephant that he calls tata and he took it to my parents this morning we had to wait for the pest guy to come and spray around my parents house for lady bugs and spiders ect... well I don't recall seeing it there but I think he took him there so I forgot it over there and locked up the house when I left and got home and can't find tata and it is nap time. So I layed Kaden down with another stuffed animal blankey thing and he did not cry or fuss and his sleeping now. So maybe the need for tata is gone which is good but sad that our little boy is growing up so fast! It makes me sad yet happy all at the same time. So that is all a busy week of cleaning and getting the oil changed in the jeep and we are off to a mini vacation this weekend to the dells a pre new baby family vacation that is much needed so I am really really looking forward to that Kaden got a new towel for the trip and all he says now is swim swim so I hope he has a good time and I hope we all get to do alot of relaxing and just enjoy our 1st family vaction!! Good News finally

I had my doctors appointment this morning and I gained 8 pounds and after all is said and done after losing 2 pounds when I was sick a total of 6 for the whole month which doctor was very happy with! Yeahhhhh!!!! Also good news I WILL be induced 1 week past my due date! My doctor said he is willing to do that since I have a history of big babies well only 1 but this could be 2 and he does not want to risk me going any longer than that cause that could be more harmful than good to let me go to long. He is back and forth on this matter but I take this as good news and will remind him if he changes his mind later on the matter. Now I go see him every 2 weeks and than before I know it weekly and baby will be here! I am uncomfortable and as scary as this is I just want the little one out so we can meet him/her and start our new journey together as a family! Tough it will be I am sure to start but our family and friends will be here to help and God of course will be watching over us all! So now this afternoon Bill and I are going to visit the hospital maternity floor and get a feel for what to expect and where to go. Kaden stayed with my dad this morning and worked outside all morning which he loved I will have to take a picture of him we got him a plastic shovel,hoe,rake for Easter and took it over by grandpa's house to help in the garden and he loved it! He is dirty head to toe but he is all boy and loved it very much and that is all that matters to me! I think Bill and I will go out for supper tonight and get a mini date night in since Kaden will be my parents I am sure they want him for supper and Bill and I need to spend a little time together just to talk and catch up on life without interruption. Then we will go get Kaden and visit up by his parents for a little while as well. Busy day ahead and weekend. I am going to Appleton Friday morning with Kaden my sister asked if I would mind coming up for the day to give her a hand with watching a house full of kids with her so I said I would she would do it for me I am sure! So that will be a nice day spent with her and we will be outside all day enjoying the awesome weather!!! Then Saturday I work and Sunday afternoon I am going bowling with a bunch of girls from work in Hartford so I am looking foward to getting out of the house and having some fun girl time. A bunch of us are going to the mineshaft first to eat lunch then off to bowl to make fools out of ourselves! Happy Easter

Easter this year was really nice! This year we went up by my sister in Appleton and we went to the New Zoo in Green Bay they had an Easter Egg hunt there for the kids and they got to see all the animals and Kaden just loved it! He was so excited he did not know what animal to look at next. I thik this will be the perfect year to take him to zoos around here! ( Corey are you reading this?) So then after that was over we went back to Jen and Kens place and had hot ham sandwiches and chips and pickles and such it was really nice and then let the kids find their Easter baskets outside since it was such a nice day out. My parents also got my sister and Ken and myself and Bill an Easter basket like every year and so she makes us so find those as well and hides Easter eggs with lottery tickets in them and between Bill and I we wond $7.00 and Ken won $25.00 I think or Jen did not sure what one. So it was a nice time! Then Sunday I went to church with my parents since Bill did not want to go we were going to go to his church but we ended up at mine which is nice and then after church we went up by Bills parents for Easter and we hid easter eggs outside for the kids to find it was another nice day so the kids enjoyed hunting for those. So Kaden got alot of nice stuff some "cools" sunglasses kaden calls them from my parents and sidewalk chalk from Corey and Sheila and a book and a stuffed animal that goes with the book, Auntie Jen got him a kite,slinky,elmo books and flashcards for shapes and numbers and letters,candy.... the list could go on and on he was spoiled that is foresure! But anyhow clothes and candy and a ball, matchbox cars, a construction book, a animal book.... just tons of stuff from my parents they always go a little overboard with the grandkids but that is ok I guess. I got some picture frames I wanted and place mats for the kitchen and a candle and candy from my parents and Bill got soda, popcorn and doritoes and chocolate in his basket as well. So I think those are the basics of what everybody got in short detail. We had a very blessed Easter we truly have alot to be greatful for. Good friends and family!

Easter Basket

Today we took Kaden to Mayville for his 2nd Easter Basket hunt and we arrived at 12:30 and the hunt started at 1. We found his basket in about 8 minutes from the start it was in the second store on the list. Bill was excited and Kaden did not seem to care all that much. He did get his picture taken with the bunny he seemed ok with him but then cryed a little later was a bit scared I think after the fact. So since that was so quick we took him to Horicon to there Easter Egg hunt which Kaden almost fell asleep on the way there so he was not pleased at the whole thing so that was a quick stop but he got nice things in both baskets not a lot of candy which is ok. So now he is napping and after nap we are going grocery shopping which we were going to do after the basket hunt but since Kaden was sleeping we came home and will have to go back into town after nap with a much happier toddler. So a good day it is very nice outside so that is a change from last years Easter Hunt is was so cold so it was a great day today! We will be outside later to enjoy it some more since snow is headed our way AGAIN! I am done with the snow and ready for nicer weather! Well that is all from Leroy.
