a strawberry kind of day

Well today we went Strawberry picking with my mom and sister and Kamryn and Kaden. We first went out for breakfeast and then went to go picking. We had a lot of fun! Good laughs and the kids did really well! Kaden is now napping a long fun day for him. Jen lost her voice she can hardly talk so we made fun of her all day (he,he) So now we are just going to hang out here for the day and I can get some cleaning done and maybe wash the jeep. Cooler days

Well Today we are going to Owens birthday party actually we should be there by now but Kaden is still sleeping from his nap. He stayed overnight by grandma and grandpa Zastrow and I think she wore him out! :) He loves it there this morning when I picked him up he was pretty mad that he had to leave. So yesterday I had to work 9-5 then we went by D.W and Jans house and ate supper and played cards till 11ish. That was fun we had a lot of good laughs. My sister and Kamryn are coming down today and spending the night we are going Strawberry picking Monday morning with my mom she has off all week! So I am excited to see how Kaden helps us pick them. I will be sure to take LOTS of pictures of what I am sure will be a fun time had by all and a messy time had by Kaden! Can't wait! Till Monday have a great night!!!

Oh Happy Days

Okay so I am sorry I am behind on blogging! Not much to write about the last few days. But yesterday was a good day. We went swimming with Jen and Kamryn as you can see in the pictures. Kaden did not have a whole lot of fun he did not nap much yesterday and so he was tired and just not interested in the whole pool thing. He did play a little but I think he would have had more fun if he napped more and he is teething with molars so those are pretty painful for him as well. Poor guy! :( So I added some pictures to see. Also Bills mom is back in the hospital she had some surgery to remove a mass in her neck a couple months back and since then it has been hard for her to eat and swallow so she went for a check up and the doctor ordered an mri and found something in the mri that they are not sure of looks like maybe another mass and some pretty swollen tissue around her neck that would be causing her the discomfort so they are keeping her and running a bunch of test. I really hope everything turns out ok and that she does not need another surgery. So please keep her in your prayers. Today we are just hanging out at home I am getting caught up on some laundry and later if it does storm like they say it should my mom and I are going to pick strawberries and go out for a fish fry!! YUMMMMYYYY!!!! Bill and Corey are golfing so it is just Kaden and me for now. This weekend is busy as well Saturday I work then we are going to Dw and Jan Sables house and grilling out and playing cards Kaden is staying overnight by my parents house and Sunday we have Owens birthday party! So busy busy! So I will write when I can! Now also we do have internet service right up till we get our high speed so I can blog still!Yeah!! Well that is all Kaden is up from nap so I better go. Hot days of summer

Well today is pretty warm out so we will be playing in Kadens pool today. Jen had called this morning and wanted us to come up and go to a pool in Appleton but I have to work tonight and with the price of gas I could not justify going up there for a few hours and turning right back around to make sure I am home in time for work. So I told her maybe a Friday would work better. I think she should come down here once also and hang out here for a day too! Kaden would love that!!! Anyhow just a heads up I will not be blogging for a while after this Friday. We are stepping into the 21st Century and getting high speed!!! Yeah so my email and such will change but I will send out an email to you all for my new address. Well better go Kaden wants to go play outside! Have a great rest of the day!

Monday Monday

Not much going on today for a Monday so far. I did some wash and Kaden just got up from his nap so now I promised him I would take him for a walk so I think I will bike with his bike carrier thing on the back. Bill stayed home from work today not sure why yet he has slept most of the morning so far. He did get burnt pretty good yesterday playing his horseshoe tourney which by the way he did take 1st place! yeahhhhh!!!!! So maybe that bothers him a bit. Anyhow Jen called and they took Kam to the dr she has a very sore throat and maybe allergies also my poor little peanut!! Seeing a little one sick is so hard! Well not much else I think I am going shopping tonight with my mom and Kaden and Bill throws horseshoes so that will be our night. Nice day out so I better get out there to enjoy it! Take care! Another Fun Day

Well Saturday we got some more top soil and did some yard work. We also had a graduation party to go to but we did not get there until almost 5 since Kaden needed his afternoon nap else everybody would know about it and stayed there till 7 and then Kaden kept saying grandma and grandpa so we went to my parents house after and as soon as we pulled in the drive way Kaden started clapping and laughing he knew where we were that silly boy is a bit to smart for his own good I think. But he has so much fun there since he can do ANYTHING he wants to there. Now today we are going to watch daddy throw horseshoes in his tournament when he gets up from his nap Jan Sabel is coming over since her husband is throwing also so we will walk up there and watch for a little while till Kaden gets to antsy and needs to go. So that is all for today I did some wash this morning and hung it out such a nice wash day! :) Well hope you all have a nice rest of the weekend and we will write again soon. Goodbye!

Relax it is Friday

Well today is just a warm sunny day! We played outside for a bit this morning but it is a tad warm to be sitting out today. Even Kadens pool water is too warm to relax in! Bill and Corey are golfing today in FDL! Crazy boys way to hot for that!! :) Anyhow so we have been playing inside for the afternoon and I have just been doing laundry and I am going to clean the entry way floor and the kitchen floor on Sunday. Bill is in a horseshoe tourny so I will be cleaning and maybe shopping with my mom I think also. This is Bills last year of horseshoes, I told him I would like more family time and if we plan on having another baby I will not be staying at home by myself while he is out and about I would go insane! So that ends a chapter in his life for now. I am grateful that he is willing to do that for our family. I know he enjoys it but I enjoy him being home more also. Anyhow Kaden is napping now so I am just going to tidy up the house and then later we are going to go to a girlfriend of mine from work house to pick up some free dirt they have and not sure what Bill is planning on doing exactly but free is good! :) Oh and last night at the movie Sex in the City what a GREAT movie! I loved it! It made you cry and laugh (GOOD CHICK FLICK!!!!!!!!!!) So we did not get home till 11. The movie stated 1 hour and 40 minutes well the movie lasted longer than that..... It started at 7:15 and we did not leave the theater till almost 10 p.m! But I enjoyed every minute of it. I give this movie a 10 start review and 2 thumbs up also! Good movie! Okay you got the point I am a bit excited about how good it was! So that is all. Busy weekend so I will write when I can. Take care!

Splash Splash

Well today I cleaned AGAIN YEAH!!! But after that we went outside and played in Kadens swimming pool! He had a good time splasing me! Tonight I get my hair cut and hi-lighted and then I am going out with some girls from work to see the movie Sex in the City in Hartford. So that will be fun I hope. What a day

Opps I forgot to blog yesterday! Anyhow so yesterday we cleaned the basement and cleaned the bathroom downstairs LOTS OF FUN!!!! And after all our inside work was done Kaden and I went outside and blew bubbles and went for a walk and then he got a t-ball set for his 1st birthday and so I set that up outside and we played t-ball. Kaden had a blast! Then I had to work last night and then came home ate supper and watched some t.v and played and read books to Kaden and gave him a bath and off to bed.

Today already we went for a bike ride with those pull behind carts that was fun! Good workout for me. Kaden was a bit scared at first but warmed up quickly after we got going. We went with Tara the neighbor and Nathan and Addison. Then we stopped at the park and let the kids play for a bit and came home. Now for the rest of the day I am going to clean a bit yet the house is a mess and now I have the time to clean it good. So that is all and I also have to work tonight . Not to exciting I added a picture of Kaden in his new summer hat we got at Childrens place when we went to Oshkosh with Jen. This was shortly after eating so his shirt is a tad messy! Just a boy. A fun day of shopping

Well today we went shopping with Jen and Kamryn at the Oshkosh outlet mall. Jen and I needed a bunch of new clothes for summer. After having a baby, clothes just don't fit like they use to! :) We had alot of fun as always and spent alot of money which is soooo easy to do and it never seems to go very far. So I got a few pieces of clothes and Kaden got the most for less. Great deals at Carters and oshkosh bgosh!! WOW!!!! Can't pass up good deals:) So then after we went to lunch at Red Robin yummmmmmyyyyyy!!! Kamryn was sooo good and Kaden was ok he hates being in his stroller now and would much rather be running around which is hard when I am looking at stuff. But none the less had a good time and Bill got his golf clubs early he was not going to get them until this weekend when Jen and Ken and Kamryn come down for our cousins kid graduation party lucky him. He is spoiled! :) Well that is all I added a few pictures from this past weekend of Kaden and Kam and gunner. Not from today just this past Saturday. Enjoy and Good Night.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!

We hope all the fathers out there are having a great relaxing Fathers Day. We are! Bill is watching Golf! I know it is hard to believe but it is true. Kaden is napping and I am catching up on a few things around the house. Anyhow so we visited my sister and her family yesterday and had a good time. Kaden played in Kamryns swimming pool and he says Thank you to Kamryn for letting him play in it. He had a great time splashing and such in her pool then we ate of course and later we went to KFC for supper which no one was real hungry but it was good anyhow! :) Today we went to Fdl to get a dehumidifer for the basement and then we went up by Bills parents for a little while and came home. Kaden made his daddy a cute present of his hand prints and a poem and gave it it Bill with his card this morning. It is so cute now that you give Kaden something and tell him to hand it to daddy or whoever and he does! He is growing so fast!! Well that is all for now take care and talk soon!!!

TGIF!!!

Hello everybody, It is Friday and today is my last day of day care. I have been watching a little boy Seth since birth and now they decided to put him in a "real" day care. It is kind of sad Kaden is really good buddies with Seth so that will be different to not have him here anymore. But it may be for the best I am not sure. So we had a going away party for him today with some of the neighbor kids that we hung out with alomost everyday going for walks and to the park and such. So that was nice. Last night we had bad storms and the tornadoe whistles went off 3 times. I don't recall ever having that many tornadoe warnings go off so many times. Kaden did not seem to mind at all. He even slept right through all the thunder and lightning we had last night. He is a pretty tough boy!! This weekend we are going to see my sister and Kamryn and Ken to celebrate Fathers day with my parents as well. They live in Appleton so instead of them always having to drive down by us we are driving up by them so that will be fun to see Kaden and Kamryn together again. Kamryn is crawiling now so I can't wait to see her!!! :) Well that is all for today not much else going on. I will try to write again after we get back from Appleton to let you know about our visit. Ohhhhh... we also made a Fathers day gift for Kadens daddy and Seths daddy too. Kadens daddy is getting his golf clubs regripped as his gift tooo.!!! Lucky him!!! Till next time goodbye!

What a fun rainy day! :)

Well it is raining again here with strong storms expected. But Kaden sure had fun outside yesterday afternoon. He discovered the subpump hose and realized water comes out and thought it would be great fun to play in it! So I took a picture of him after the fact as you can see he had grass all over his face and wet head to toe which maybe you can not see from the picture but it did require a whole new outfit for the day. Can we say ALL BOY!! What a great time he had and that is what counts the most. So today we just stayed in and cleaned his room organized it put all the winter clothes away and put the summer clothes in its place. So SUMMER HERE WE COME!!! Kaden is napping now so I better go and get a few more cleaning things done. Have a GREAT rest of your day and try to stay dry!! :)
